SCOPE
To revitalize the Darwin Convention Centre Waterfront rooms, transforming the existing lackluster space into a dynamic and versatile environment through the implementation of a striking organic ceiling. Catering to diverse function requirements and elevating the venue to host world-class contemporary events. Darwin's striking East Point coastal cliffs formed the design inspiration for the ceiling.
KEY ASPECTS
The use of an organic curved acoustic ceiling that provides an elegant unifying element to the space.
A unique ceiling design inspired by natures curves allowed the room to be separated into small meeting room spaces and still maintain a unique spatial experience.
The design has reinvented the space and provides the Darwin Convention Centre with more venue options that range from corporate events to intimate functions and weddings.
